Townsend Poly Welding has in-house capability to fabricate bends, tees, Whyes (Y or y), junctions, crosses right up to and including 630mm. We can also produce manifolds, pontoons, strainers and anything else you can dream of. Ocean outfall diffusers, and dewatering header manifolds are a speciality.

We have multiple extrusion guns, for detail tank repairs and modifications, nozzle repairs and fitouts, or low pressure irrigation fittings. 

Our CNC routers also allow for all manor of bespoke profile cutting and fabrication.

With welding equipment right up to 1600mm, and grooving to 900mm no project is too big or too small. We have the latest track mounted and stationary welders, to weld in any location under any condition. From the Quality requirements of a LNG project, or major asset installation, to a time focused shut down, our team knows and understands what you need to complete your project successfully. We can modify our equipment for site specific requirements to improve efficiency and safety.

We also have our own pipe handling and power generation equipment, so we can be self sufficient. Enabling you to do what you do best, and use your resources where they are the most profitable.
